In my years of being a chef, I’ve come across clients who’ve had a lot of information on food (whether right or wrong), but I didn’t feel like I had the expertise to direct them in the right path. I was curious about the science of food and how it works in our bodies, which led me to become a certified Nutritional Therapist.
The foundation of Nutritional Therapy is that we all have individual needs and a one-size-fits-all nutritional plan may not fit you. My approach to each client involves going over your family health history and conducting an in-person evaluation (or on Skype if you are outside the Los Angeles area). Then I’ll develop a plan tailored just for you that reflects your personal health goals and needs. I will walk you through this journey and educate you on the very important roles of food, vitamins and minerals in order to help you heal and nourish your body.
Sports Nutritional Therapy
Even though my overall goal is to help you lead a healthier life, whether you are an athlete or not, I specialize in Sports Nutritional Therapy. Over the years I’ve worked with NBA and NFL players as a Private Chef. I’ve loved helping athletes perform better, stay healthy and heal faster through Nutritional Therapy. If you are a professional athlete, or just want to enhance your training or performance capabilities, contact me, and I can explain how Nutritional Therapy can be extremely beneficial for you.
