Nutritional Therapy

In my years of being a chef, I’ve come across clients who’ve had a lot of information on food (whether right or wrong), but I didn’t feel like I had the expertise to direct them in the right path. I was curious about the science of food and how it works in our bodies, which led me to become a certified Nutritional Therapist.

The foundation of Nutritional Therapy is that we all have individual needs and a one-size-fits-all nutritional plan may not fit you. My approach to each client involves going over your family health history and conducting an in-person evaluation (or on Skype if you are outside the Los Angeles area).Then I’ll develop a plan tailored just for you that reflects your personal health goals and needs. I will walk you through this journey and educate you on the very important roles of food, vitamins and minerals in order to help you heal and nourish your body.

Sports Nutritional Therapy

Even though my overall goal is to help you lead a healthier life, whether you are an athlete or not, I specialize in Sports Nutritional Therapy. Over the years I’ve worked with NBA and NFL players as a Private Chef. I’ve loved helping athletes perform better, stay healthy and heal faster through Nutritional Therapy. Private Chef

One of the best parts of my career as a Private Chef is witnessing the satisfaction and delight that my clients experience by eating my food. I’ve cooked for many clients since graduating from culinary school, and I am grateful to have a love and passion for this job. Since becoming a Nutritional Therapist, I’ve been able to enhance their healthy dining experience in a way that will truly nourish their bodies. I believe in food that suits individual needs. I specialize in being able to mold meals according to each client’s needs, whether it’s vegan, gluten free, sugar free, grain free, or for detoxification purposes. Using nutrient-dense, properly prepared whole foods, I can make a healthy lifestyle fun, delicious and nutritious.
